Return and Refund
- Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot accept your purchase for return.
- Our exchange lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot exchange your item.
- Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot accept your purchase or offer a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return of an exchanged product is not allowed.
- Return/Exchange of an discounted product is not allowed.
- Customized orders are made according to the requests given by the customer, therefore customized items are non returnable and non exchangeable, and non refundable.
Damaged or wrong item
- for damaged or wrong items, we will arrange a courier to pick up the item and cover the cost of delivery/ shipment. It will be inspected and costumer will be contacted, if applicable, an exchange or a refund will be processed.
Refunds Policy (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In case of cash refund, we will return the cash to you by bank deposit, any bank charges for bank deposits is to be borne by the customer.
- For late or missing refunds (if applicable), please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case of a missing item in an order, we recommend checking the following:
- You can check your order confirmation email to see the items that we ordered.
- The item(s) you ordered may have been out of stock - it's worth checking your emails (including your junk/spam) to see if we've sent you an email about this.
- If you have an item missing from your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
- To cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at email@example.com or send a message at +971 50 888 5752.
- Cancellations are not valid post 24 hours of placing the order.
